With over 25 years of professional experience, Luca has founded two financial companies and a water filtration startup, successfully growing them to become sustainable and profitable.
Throughout various leadership roles in finance and Executive Search, he has witnessed the financial sector's profound evolution over the last two decades and identified an urgent need for change in talent recruitment.
Luca holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

François Gosselin
François has dedicated a decade to consulting, focusing on recruitment challenges. He has been instrumental in transforming numerous organizations to enhance their recruitment efficacy.
In co-founding CareerNest, François brings his passion for recruitment to the forefront, enhancing the client offering and shaping CareerNest's strategy.
François graduated from EM Lyon and continued his education in Organizational Behavior at Bocconi and IESE.

Mathieu Cailleaud
Mathieu has over 15 years of experience in marketing agencies, IT teams, and startups based in Geneva. He has notably been a shareholder of the startup Yoojo (formerly YoupiJob), a platform for connecting individuals for various services.
In co-founding CareerNest, he brings his digital and technical expertise to enhance the user experience and increase conversions on the platform.
Mathieu holds a Level 3 UX-PM certification.
